Red Rock Grill and Bar in Upton was recently purchased by Stela Kourkouliotis. Kourkouliotis comes from a family of restaurateurs, her parents owning several restaurants and local pizzerias. She was born and raised in Upton where she currently lives with her two teenage sons Stefanos and Christos. Kourkouliotis has a background in finance and sales but has always had a dream to own her own restaurant. She is eager to bring a fresh new perspective to Red Rock and make it her family’s legacy. One step she has already taken is offering some of her families’ traditional Greek recipes. The special wine dinners and events that Red Rock has become known for will continue.

The current Red Rock staff that has been there for several years will be staying on and working with Kourkouliotis. In addition, you will find both of Kourkouliotis’ sons working at the restaurant in support of the family business. Kourkouliotis’ plans are to expand the current menu and daily specials and add additional gluten free options. Red Rock’s hours will remain the same. Outdoor dining is now open.
