Cecelia is a bewitching young tiger cat looking for a calm household where she can blossom.

Cecelia arrived at the shelter as a young pregnant stray. She brought up three adorable kittens, but needed time and space to become accustomed to a life indoors. We gave Cecelia time to decompress, then some of our wonderful volunteers worked with Cecelia at her pace. She now enjoys head scratches from her favorite people and will lean in for more attention.
