An evening of relaxation, restoring and releasing what no longer serves you. You will have the delight of hearing sounds of several instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, a 22" gong and MORE! Each sound bath is unique and no two are ever the same. You won't want to miss this transformative experience. It’s suggested to show up 15 minutes before the session to get settled into the space. Here are a few recommendations of items to bring to make yourself more comfortable for this experience.
